Description
From Our Home Farm
My bees collected this 100% raw honey right here in Glenasmole. This 2025 summer batch features clover, bramble, and rosebay willow-herb. Since our hives sit near the mountain slopes, you will notice a subtle hint of wild heather too.
How I Make It
I take great care to get the texture just right. First, I extract the honey and sieve it. Then, it goes into my creaming machine for two weeks.
I mix the honey for 15 minutes and let it rest for an hour. I repeat this cycle day and night until the honey turns a pearly white. This slow process makes the honey thick and easy to spread. It is my personal favorite on hot toast or a local cheese board.
Contains 227g of pure Glenasmole honey.
