Myself, Chris & Peter took a trip down to a rare breeds cattle auction today. Peter was interested in a few Highlands and I was tempted by a few young short legged Dexter cows. In the end we were both outbid and most of the stock was withdrawn. The seller was looking for far more than the buyers present were willing to pay. I wouldn't like the job of having to take all that 40 something unsold stock back home.
