Honey
Still have no idea how to extract the honey from the frames without an extractor or damaging the drawn comb, so decided just to eat it off the frame by scraping it back to the foundation with a spoon. Had a big thick slice of toast and butter with honey running of it. It was amazing!
As you can see in the picture, the dark honey in the centre of the frame is heather that was the last to be collected. The lighter honey around the edges is summer honey consisting of blackberry and clover.
