The gooseberries were ready so I picked all of them, Chris found a recipe for preserving them and increasing their flavor.

The jars are filled with goosberries and then topped up with elderflower cordial, not diluted. They are cooked at 80 degrees C for 30 minutes. The idea is that they are preserved and with absorb the taste of the elderflower of the coming months.
