Knife & stand for the ham has arrived
Ordered this knife & stand for the ham has arrived from Amazon over a week ago and couldn't wait for it to get here... I was finding it difficult to hold the ham and cut thin slices off with one of my butchering knives.This is a proper jamon knife & stand, the stand holds the ham in place allowing me to use both hands to cut thin slices with the new razor sharp thin bladed knife...Anyone out there that wants to show me how to slice it properly?
