New for 2022 – my new apiary in Foxrock Village – Very limited amount and only available online or direct from the farm.

This is 100% raw Dublin honey that is simply extracted from the beehive frames and passed through a course filter/sieve to remove large particles of wax/debris. It’s then put into jars ready for sale.

It’s collected by my bees over in Foxrock Village, it’s a brand new apiary. The bees moved in there in the late spring. It consists mainly of some summer flowering plants such as clover and blackberry but also from the vast variety of plants growing in the gardens around Foxrock.

As this is raw honey it will naturally crystallize. It has not been heated, fine filtered, or processed in any way as a result it still contains pollen & wax particles.
