One month you might receive a selection of Powerscourt Spring and Ballycullen Spring, while the following month might bring the deeper, golden tones of Foxrock Summer and Glenasmole Summer. It is the easiest way to eat seasonally and support local biodiversity.

From Hive to Jar

At Olly’s Farm, we believe in minimal intervention. Your subscription honey is:

• Cold-Extracted: We take the frames directly from the hive and extract the honey without using heat.

• Coarse-Filtered: We pass the honey through a simple sieve to remove large wax particles while keeping the beneficial local pollen intact.

• Truly Raw: Because it hasn’t been processed or fine-filtered, this honey will naturally crystallize—a hallmark of its purity and quality.

Manage With Ease

We’ve made our subscription service as flexible as possible. Whether you’re going on holiday or have enough honey for the month, you can pause or skip a delivery through the link in your confirmation email. There are no long-term contracts; you can cancel whenever you like.
