Our Blossom Honey isn’t just one flavour—it is a snapshot of a specific place and time. Depending on where my bees are located, they might be foraging on Clover, Bramble, Lime trees, or Hawthorn. This trio box allows you to compare three distinct harvests side-by-side.

What to Expect: Your box will contain a rotating selection of my most recent harvests. You might find a Powerscourt Spring with delicate floral notes, a rich and golden Lucan Summer, or a wild and aromatic Glenasmole Blossom.

Why Olly’s Farm Blossom Honey?

  • Always Raw: We never heat or “pasteurize” our honey. This means the delicate aromatic compounds from the flowers remain in the jar.

  • Coarse Filtered: We only use a simple sieve to remove large wax particles. This ensures that the natural, beneficial local pollen stays exactly where it belongs.

  • Traditional Serving: We’ve included a free wooden honey dipper, designed specifically to catch and drizzle liquid honey perfectly onto your porridge, toast, or yogurt.
