A Seasonal Pair

Because our bees forage on different flowers depending on their location, no two blossom harvests are exactly the same. One jar might be influenced by the lime trees of an estate, while the other captures the wild bramble and clover of a hillside meadow.

Your box will include a rotating selection of two distinct harvests, such as:

• Spring Blossom: Often lighter and more delicate, from early fruit blossoms and sycamore.

• Summer Blossom: Typically deeper and more golden, captured from the height of the Irish summer.

Traditional Raw Honey

At Olly’s Farm, we don’t believe in over-processing. We extract the honey cold and pass it through a simple sieve. This “coarse-filtration” ensures that the natural wax and local pollen remain in the honey, maintaining its health benefits and authentic taste.

We’ve also included a wooden honey dipper stick. The ridges are specifically designed to hold liquid blossom honey, allowing you to drizzle it over your breakfast with ease and precision.

• Storage: Store at room temperature. Raw honey will naturally crystallize over time.
