Our 4-jar subscription is designed for those who use honey daily and appreciate the vast difference between varieties. By receiving both Heather and Blossom, you have the perfect honey for every occasion—from medicinal mountain heather in your morning tea to seasonal blossom on your toast.

Included in every delivery:

  • 2x Dublin Heather Honey: Our multi-award-winning specialty. Cold-pressed from the wild mountains, this honey has an intense woody flavor and health properties that rival Manuka honey.

  • 2x Seasonal Blossom Honey: A rotating selection of our liquid harvests from across Dublin and Wicklow. Depending on the season, you’ll taste the nectar of the orchards in Powerscourt, the gardens of Foxrock, or the wildflowers of Glenasmole.

Traditional Craftsmanship

At Olly’s Farm, we believe in minimal intervention.

  • The Blossom Honey is cold-extracted and passed through a coarse filter to remove wax while keeping the pollen intact.

  • The Heather Honey is traditionally pressed through hessian cloth to handle its unique, thick consistency, resulting in a rich, jelly-like texture.

This is a wonderful recurring gift for a household. If you would like to gift a 6-month subscription (3 deliveries), simply sign up and cancel the service after the third delivery arrives. You will receive a link in your confirmation email after every delivery to manage, pause, or cancel with a single click.
