Echo Newspaper visits the farm

It was pretty exciting this morning as I had Simon from the local Echo newspaper visit the farm. He was here to make a video to show what we’re doing up here and to celebrate winning Gold and Best Food Producer in Dublin at Blas nahEireann last week.

We had a chat about everything we were trying to achieve here on the farm and took a look at how things have progressed since we moved in back in 2012.
