Glut of eggs

Our hens 🐔 have been busy girls the last few days, I forgot to collect the eggs 🥚 for a couple of days 🐔🥚🥚🥚

Time to start thinking about pickling some to use up some of the glut. Will be nice to have a few jars in the fridge to use over the winter months
