yoghurt

I made my first attempt at yoghurt tonight and it was fairly simple to do. Its currently in the maker for the next 6 hours or so. It will be interesting to try it tomorrow for breakfast and see how it has turned out. I haven't got any culture yet so I'm using a little yoghurt that I got in Lidl. Fingers crossed...
