Water from the neighbours

 

We have an ongoing problem with water flowing in off the road, it all started last September after our neighbor finished harvesting his forest. Every time it rains heavy our drains are completely blocked up with silt and eventually the rain water makes its way down to the stables and sheds and flood everywhere. The poor goats were nearly floating a few times. Spoke to the neighbor and he doesn't seem too bothered, just says what do you expect you live on a mountain. But all the neighbors said it never happened before the forest was harvested. Its a problem I need to sort out in the long term.
