Breakfast cheese cake

Came across this recipe in Hugh's River Cottage book and decided to give it a go with our own cheese, it uses nearly a kilo of cheese. Its amazing when still warm, very rich in texture, but its even better cold when it sets a little more. It was served with our own strawberry preserve from the veg garden
