What a day

Today was a very productive day on the farm, there was 5 of us working here. Mick was on the big digger continuing with the job of removing the surface of the stupid pointless road the previous owner.

Wesley was strimming the orchard, it got a little over grown over the last few weeks, I had planned on letting the geese graze it but unfortunately they started eating the leaves off the apple trees and gnawing at the bark. Leo was raking up the grass and taking it down to the compost heap.

After lunch we made a start on putting the sheep wire on the rail and post fence. We removed the rails, attached and tightened the wire using gripples and put back up the rails. In the pic below Colton is straightening out the nails for myself and Leo to reuse.
