Clearing out the boundary

Today was another day clearing the boundary for the woofers, I'd say we are around 75% cleared from the road down to the summerhouse. Another week should do it I think, I have 4 more small blackthorns to cut down and chop up. The previous owner didn't care much for maintaining the boundary's and everything is overgrown and neglected. The blackthorns will regrow from the base and make nice small bushes.

 

This ash tree had been topped by the ESB a few years ago but they left one big branch sticking up that looks quite odd. I got Wesley to cut it down today with the pole saw. Its never going to be a big tree as its growing right under the main ESB wires for the whole valley.
