Geese eggs

I put the 2 geese in one of the stables because I thought the goose was going to start laying and 24hrs later she had a nest built and an egg laid in it. She should lay around 40-50 eggs per year so I will let her lay 3 and then I'll start taking one a day off her to eat or stick under a broody hen.
