Last nights dinner

Last nights dinner cooked by Chris was home-made gnocchi prepared by Viola & Marco, served with wild mushroom and chilli sauce.

The mushrooms were picked and dried in 2011 and what's left of them consisted of ceps (boletus edulis), parasol (macrolepiota rhacodes), weeping bolete (suillus granulatus) and rosso coral (ramaria botrytis).
