Over at the bees on the OSR with Susanne

I was over at the bees this afternoon with Susanne, they seem to be doing great. Looks like the oil seed rape is coming to an end but there is plenty of white-thorn out now for them.

The bees in Hive 4 have moved up into the 3rd box...

This is the hive that got put into a nuc back in March, it was down to 2 frames of bees and very little stores. I put it back in a hive a couple of weeks ago and it already has bees on 9 frames. Think it's time to take it home and give it another box.

This is the best hive out of the lot, during the winter it got blown over in a storm into several bits and we put it back together and look at it now, just added a 4th box to it...
