Last of the elderflowers

I managed to make another 6.5 liters of elderflower cordial, 75 flower heads in total. I see they are still flowering up around Britas so I might pick some on the way to the bees later int he week.

Juice and rind of 9 lemons and 3 oranges .

Brought to the boil and ready for bottling.
