Pat Whelans potato topped steak & chorizo pie with rhubarb & yoghurt for afters

I made one of @Pat_Whelan recipes, everything in the pie and desert was home grown and made except the chorizo.

I opened first of the preserved jars of rhubarb, didn't know what to expect but tasted pretty good. It was chopped up raw and put in jars and topped up with a light sugar syrup and then boiled at 80 degrees for a few minutes.

The yoghurt is made from Kerry's milk, you can see the blogs of cream that settled while it was being made.
