Mulled cider

Made 3 liters of mulled cider to have before Xmas dinner, it was the first time making it and I think it is far better than mulled wine.

Its made up of 2 liters of cider, 1 liter of apple juice, some light brown sugar, honey, cloves, cinnamon sticks and a few star anise.

Think it went down a treat :-)
