Really felt like fillet steak for dinner
Only problem was it was in one whole fillet and frozen. But last night was the night I really wanted a big thick piece of fillet so out came the saw and knife...Nice think slices...Rest bagged for another time...Can't beat steak, chips and a good glass or two of red wine! Cooked rare of course, hot pan for 2 minutes each side then left to rest in tinfoil for 5 minutes.
