I’m hoping this will be a regular all year round stockist and to start with they’re stocking the Ballycullen, Dalkey, Lucan and Powerscourt Blossom Honey as well as the Lucan Softset.

If you’ve never tried the softset you’re definitely missing out, it’s my favourite out of all the honeys. It’s the best spread thick on a slice of toast and with the consistency of peanut butter, its spreads nicely and doesn’t run all over the place.
