These are my mini trio of heather, softset and blossom honey. The blossom may change location from time to time depending what’s in stock. They are my 3 main types of honey that I produce, each are completely different form each other, they contain 4oz or 115g or 83ml of honey each so when flight are back can be taken on board has hand luggage.

Softset - This is a softset or cream honey made using the honey from my bees just outside Lucan village. The runny honey is placed in the creamer and is mixed for 15 minutes and rests for an hour, this is repeated for a few days until the correct consistency is reached. Blossom - A blossom honey made up mostly of the nectar of clover and bramble, also some lime trees from the lime avenue on the Powerscourt Estate in Wicklow. (each jar is 4oz or 115g or 83ml)

The picture attached shows the Lucan summer blossom but this trio has Powerscourt summer blossom.
