This is 100% raw Dublin honey that is simply extracted from the beehive frames and passed through a course filter/sieve to remove large particles of wax/debris. It's then put into jars ready for sale.

It's collected by my bees over on Oldcourt Hill Farm and is from the 2023 spring flow. It consists mainly of some spring flowering plants such as whitethorn, horse chestnut and sycamore but also some other plants that the bees were visiting around the gardens in Oldcourt and Ballycullen.

As this is raw honey it will naturally crystallize. It has not been heated, fine filtered, or processed in any way as a result it still contains pollen & wax particles.
