This award winning hot honey was an idea back in 2022 after having lots of requests to create a hot honey. I spoke with Mic from Mics Chilli and we wanted something more 3 dimential and the use of chipotle was the perfect ingredient.

The chipotle chilli pepper has been dried and smoked in the traditional way in Mexico and then added to my Glenasmole honey and left to infuse for around a month.

You can taste the sweetness of the honey alsong with the smokiness and heat from the chilli.

It's great on pizza, chicken wings, as a salad dressing and it's absolutely amazing drizzled over some ice-cream.

Product contains 227g of honey.
