From my new apiary in Foxrock Village - This is the first of the spring blossom honey from my bees in Foxrock Village.

It’s 100% raw Dublin honey that is simply extracted from the beehive frames and passed through a course filter/sieve to remove large particles of wax/debris. It's then put into jars ready for sale.

It's collected by my bees over in Foxrock Village, it consists mainly of some spring flowering plants such as Whitethorn, Sycamore, Horse Chestnut, Apple blossom but also from the vast variety of plants growing in the gardens around Foxrock.

As this is raw honey it will naturally crystallize. It has not been heated, fine filtered, or processed in any way as a result it still contains pollen & wax particles.
