This is 100% raw Dublin honey that is simply extracted from the beehive frames and passed through a course filter/sieve to remove large particles of wax/debris. It's then put into jars ready for sale.

It's collected by my bees over in Lucan and this one is from the 2022 summer flow from beside St. Catherines Park. It consists mainly of bramble, clover & lime and other summer flowering plants.
