Description

This is ivy honey collected by my bees here on the farm in Glenasmole in September and October 2020 and has been turned into a smooth and creamy softset honey.

It gets placed in my creaming machine that simply mixes it for 15 minutes and then rests for 60 minutes. This is repeated for 3-5 days until it starts to turn white. At this point it’s bottled up and finished setting in the jar.
