More feta cheese

I made another batch of feta cheese today, over 5 litres of it. The first pic shows the curds after they were just cut. The 2nd pic shows the feta mould lined with cheese cloth and the final pics show the curds piled into the mould, this is then left for an hour or so and then topped up until all the curds are in the mould.
