Dublin Honey Show

I was at the Dublin Bee-keepers honey show in Rathgar today. Myself and Alexandra, Chris's mum went along to have a look. It was very busy and there were lots of different honey's being judged, including a few bottles of mead (something I would love to make). I bought a few jars to try out, including heather, floral and chesnut :-)

The bottles of mead entered in the 3 different classes, dry mead, sweet mead and metheglin (this is a mead with added herbs or spices).
