Tomatoes, peppers & goats

The leaves were starting to go moldy on the tomatoes so decided to remove them all so they don't cause the tomatoes themselves to go bad. The fruits should still continue to develop and ripen, any of the green ones that don't ripen will be turned into green tomato jam by Chris...

The beef tomatoes were amazing this year, last year they were useless and I considered not growing them this year, only I had seed left over from last year I wouldn't have bothered. The carrots for the winter are doing pretty good too adn should be ready to start picking towards the end of October...

The cayenne peppers are doing OK, I thought they would have been a lot bigger, the description describes them as being over 3 inches, maybe they dried out over the summer and got stunted...

Great treat for the goats... tomato leaves and they love them...
