Sloe Gin
Here is the sloe gin that I put together a couple of weeks ago, the sugar has dissolved and the gin has turned dark red. Now it just needs a couple of more weeks in the demijohn and then the gin will be bottled up and left for 12-18 months to mature.
Apparently the leftover sloes can be used too, they can be dipped in chocolate and turned into sweets or used to make jelly or jam.
