Blackberry Jam

I've been watching how fast the strawberries in the poly-tunnel have started to take off and keep thinking that I need to make jam with all the blackberries that mum and Ally picked last Autumn. Not to mention the 5kg of strawberries that are in the deep freeze too. With Chris still away for the day and Paul gone to Galway for the weekend I finally got down to making some jam. Managed to get 43 jars of blackberry jam made. There are still 5kg of blackberries and 5kg of strawberries so Chris suggested I made a mixed fruit jam. I also have a few crates of apples that I can add to the mix as well.But first I need to take care of the evening jobs, milk 2 cows, milk 2 goats, and feed everyone else and put them to bed...
