Beyond the Pale Festival

It was an early start on Sunday morning to get all the jobs done before heading off down to the Glendalough Estate to the Beyond thee Pale Festival. I had been invited by Ali Dunworth to take part in her Beyond the Plate series of events that she had organised over the weekend. I was on stage at 130pm alongside Santina from The Powerscourt Distillery and Celina from Wicklow Way Wines.

I used to get very nervous in front of people but I think the more I do it the easier it gets. I think there was. around 30-40 people in front of the stage and Ali started the interview conversation with me which always makes it easier going first.

We all discussed our products and how they all are all part of the Wicklow Naturally network.

There were some tastings and food pairings with the Fercullen whiskey and my honey.
