Our 3-jar subscription is designed for the honey-loving household. Every month, you’ll receive a curated selection of 100% raw honey from my various apiaries. I take great care to mix the jars so you get a true “tasting flight” of the seasons.

One month might feature a trio of Powerscourt, Ballycullen, and Dalkey Spring, while the next brings the deep summer notes of Foxrock, Lucan, and Glenasmole. It’s the easiest way to discover how the landscape and the weather change the flavor of the honey from week to week.

100% Raw and Unprocessed

Every jar in your subscription is honey exactly as the bees made it. I extract it directly from the frames and use only a coarse filter to remove large wax particles.

We never use heat-treatment or fine filters. This ensures the honey remains raw, keeping all the natural pollens and enzymes intact. Because it is pure and untreated, this honey will naturally crystallize over time—a hallmark of genuine, high-quality Irish honey.
