Description

This is 100% raw Dublin honey that is simply extracted from the beehive frames and passed through a course filter/sieve to remove large particles of wax/debris. It’s then put into jars ready for sale.

It’s collected by my bees over on the roof of the Teeling Whiskey Distillery and is from the 2023 spring flow. It consists mainly of spring flowering plants such as Whitethorn, Sycamore, Horse Chestnut and Apple blossom from around the city centre.

As this is raw honey it will naturally crystallize over time. It has not been fine filtered, or processed in any way as a result it still contains pollen & wax particles.
