New for 2023 – my new apiary on the Carrickmines golf course – Very limited amount and only available online or direct from the farm.

This is 100% raw Dublin honey that is simply extracted from the beehive frames and passed through a course filter/sieve to remove large particles of wax/debris. It’s then put into jars ready for sale.

It’s collected by my bees over on the Carrickmines Golf Course, it’s a brand new apiary for 2023. The bees moved in there in the late autumn 2022. It consists mainly of some summer flowering plants such as clover and blackberry but also from the lovely variety of trees growing around the course.

As this is raw honey it will naturally crystallize. It has not been heated, fine filtered, or processed in any way as a result it still contains pollen & wax particles.
