Description

This is 100% raw Dublin honey that is simply extracted from the beehive frames and passed through a course filter/sieve to remove large particles of wax/debris. It’s then put into jars ready for sale.

It’s collected by my bees up on the farm here in Glenasmole and is from the 2022 summer flow. It consists mainly of clover & blackberry but also some rose bay willow herb (The rose bay willow herb may cause it to granulate faster than normal) and the start of the heather on the mountains up behind the farm. It tastes completely different to all the other summer blossom honeys.

As this is raw honey it will naturally crystallize. It has not been heated, fine filtered, or processed in any way as a result it still contains pollen & wax particles.
