Our quarterly subscription is the easiest way to ensure you always have a jar of our award-winning Heather honey in the pantry. Every three months, we ship two jars of our most premium harvest directly from the farm to your door.
The Art of the Press
Heather honey is a true artisan product. Unlike blossom honey, it cannot be spun out of the frames. Instead, we use a traditional, labor-intensive pressing method:

The Move: In July, we transport our beehives to the wild heather-covered “feather-beds” of the Dublin Mountains.

The Harvest: The honeycomb is cut by hand and mashed.

The Press: We wrap the honey in hessian cloth and use a heavy-duty press to extract the “liquid gold.”
This method ensures the honey retains a unique, jelly-like texture and contains tiny particles of natural beeswax and mountain pollen—preserving the raw integrity of the hive.

Research conducted at Trinity College Dublin has shown that Irish Heather honey contains health properties and antioxidant levels that rival or even exceed New Zealand’s Manuka honey. With this subscription, you are receiving a world-class superfood produced right here in Dublin.
