This Killruddery Discovery Trio is a “tasting flight” that showcases how the different seasons and foraging grounds change the character of honey. We’ve selected three of our most popular varieties to show the range of what our bees produce.
What’s Inside the Box:

Killruddery Heather Honey: A rare and intense honey. Our bees fly from their hives on the estate up to the purple heather blooming on the Little Sugar Loaf mountain. It is woody, floral, and deeply aromatic.

Killruddery Summer Blossom: A liquid summer classic. Captured from the nectar of clover, bramble, and the estate’s magnificent Lime trees.

Killruddery Softset: Made from the delicate spring flow of the estate. This honey is gently churned to create a buttery, spreadable texture that melts on warm toast.
The Perfect Travel Gift
Each jar contains 83ml (115g) of raw honey. This specific size was chosen so you can share the taste of Wicklow and Dublin with friends and family abroad—the jars are within the 100ml limit for airport security and are fully flight-approved for hand luggage.
