This Discovery Trio was designed for those who want to experience the full range of what Irish honey can be. We’ve selected three varieties that couldn’t be more different from one another, offering a true “tasting flight” of the Irish landscape and our artisan infusions.

What’s Inside the Box:

  • Mountain Heather Honey: 100% Dublin Heather honey. Intense, woody, and floral, harvested from the wild “feather-beds” of the Dublin Mountains in late summer.

  • Summer Blossom Honey: A liquid classic. Usually a bright blend of clover and bramble nectar, capturing the sweetness of the Irish summer (location may vary).

  • Smoky Hot Honey: Our award-winning Glenasmole honey infused for a month with smoke-dried Mexican Chipotle peppers. A perfect balance of sweetness, smoke, and heat.

Designed for Discovery (and Travel)

Each jar contains 83ml (115g) of honey. We specifically chose this size so you can share the taste of Ireland with the world—they are fully approved for airport hand luggage. Whether you’re exploring these flavors at home or gifting them to a traveler, this trio is a guaranteed favorite.
